Windy Terrace Rooftop Suite & Pool-side Café: Elevated by the Sea

Perched on the 22nd floor with an expansive view of the coastline, Windy Terrace Rooftop Suite & Pool-side Café transforms the challenges of height and wind into a celebration of design and experience. Facing the sea, the rooftop terraces are constantly caressed by breezes, a condition the designers embraced rather than resisted, integrating elegant structural innovations that provide stability and safety without obstructing the breathtaking panorama.

" Windy Terrace is where height and sea breeze is transformed into luxury. From the rooftop pool to the glass-encased suite, every element celebrates openness, elegance, and the drama of the coast. "

At the heart of the terrace, the infinity pool and pool-side café float effortlessly over the edge, their engineering a seamless blend of form and function. Thoughtful bracing and safety measures maintain security while preserving uninterrupted views of the water and city beyond. Every detail speaks to the harmony between structure and spectacle, ensuring that the elements enhance the experience rather than constrain it.

The suite condo above continues this ethos of transparency and openness. A minimal steel and glass structure allows for panoramic 360-degree views, immersing occupants in the surrounding seascape and urban fabric. Yet, privacy is never compromised: movable screens, subtle partitions, and spatial planning ensure intimate spaces within the openness, allowing guests to retreat without losing their connection to the horizon.

Windy Terrace is more than a rooftop destination; it is an architectural dialogue between air, water, and steel, offering an elevated escape where daring design, natural forces, and serene luxury converge.
