The existing building is an 80’s styled one with a lot of greeneries all around and in addition it has a separate garage adjacent to this building itself. 

As the client is a music enthusiast person and want a separate space for himself only, where he can do this work peacefully. 

By concerning all his expectations towards his music studio-cum-study place as well, the architect thought of making this place up on the garage by applying retro fitting, and on the upper side covered by profile sheet as the roof, which ultimately became his personal space as per his expectation.
