The HQ of GaanBangla was a JV project between CREATO Design Research Lab Ltd. and Vistaara Architects Private Limited. The project workflow included dismantling of the interior partitions of an existing 9-storey building, design and accommodating an additional lift, remodeling the front elevation treatment, roof structure design, duplex design, office interior design, audio, video & broadcasting studio design.

The seventh & eight floor of the building is redesigned as a duplex unit and houses the Chairman & MD’s private office & studios. The duplex is articulated with a circular staircase encircled with landscape elements adjacent to a full height glass façade and facing the guest seating arrangement. The interior arrangement ensures visual connection among the two floors also provides a mesmerizing cityscape view letting the sun in with ample daylight.

The ninth floor was also remodeled into an open plan studio for events and gatherings accompanied with a large shaded terrace..
