This project is a joint venture of VISTAARA Architects Private Ltd and CREATO Design Research Lab Ltd.

The founders and the utmost senior architects of these companies work together for this mega project and the client is LABAID group. ​The total area of this project is 18.632 bigha with the serene view of the mighty river Shitalakshya. 6.374 bigha (34.21%) is the build area and other 12.258 bigha (65.79%) is for landscape and its other elements. The building mass is divided into three major programs- the residential part, the club part and the other is the hall part. Accordingly the residential part is of 15,072sqm, the club part 10,441sqm & the hall is 3,027 sqm in TOTAL. Residential part is extended till 15th floor, the club part is extended till 6th floor and the hall is extended till 3rd floor.

The vast landscape is very mandatory here since this club has a great natural view in front of it. There are long tennis courts, swimming pools, wooden deck etc. landscape elements which enhance the beauty of the landscape. There is a floating restaurant also which situated on the river surface. The wooden deck/bridge connects the floating restaurant with the club complex.

The vast use of openings is visible in each and every floor and functions which brings sufficient natural lighting also the gentle breeze from the mighty river.
